    Description

    Offered is this large white-glazed pottery pitcher featuring a griffin head spout and a "button" with six indents on the front. There is a similar matching "button" on the base of the handle. The piece was made in Italy for Neiman Marcus. I do not know how old it is. Although there were numerous pitchers made in Italy for Neiman Marcus for sale on eBay, at the time of original listing there were no others like this one.
    The pitcher is approx. 9" high and also about 9" across from handle to spout. Most of it is in good condition. There are no cracks, but there are numerous small areas where the white glazing has chipped off, as shown.
    This is a heavy item and shipping may be high. I would welcome pickup in person by anyone close enough to make it feasible.
